Newsec Infra advises on sale of 46MW Gabrielsberget Syd wind farm

Newsec Infra acted as sole financial advisor in the sale of the 46 MW Gabrielsberget Syd wind farm (GBS). The wind farm consisting of 20 Enercon 2.3 MW WTGs was developed by Svevind, realized in cooperation between Enercon and Svevind and has been operational since 2011.  GBS was acquired by Downing Renewable & Infrastructure Trust (DORE) and had a debt facility which was repaid as part of the transaction.
